The
McPunk
Brothers

Welcome to the McPunk Brothers' Home Page

Frequently asked questions concerning the McPunk Brothers:

Q. The McPunk Brothers?
A. Yes, the band is named after two of the members' great, great, great, great
grandfather, Angus McPunk, who emigrated from Scotland to escape the great
kilt famine of 1790.

Q. Which two?
A. We don't know.

Q. What do they play?
A. Bluegrass Music.

Q. Isn't that hazardous?
A. No, that's a myth. Statistically, you have a greater chance of being struck
by lightning than of having your head explode due to bluegrass banjo playing.

Q. Do you have a sample of the McPunk Brothers' sound?
A. Yes. Click on the link below.

Q. Can I touch them?
A. I wouldn't.

Q. Where will they be playing?
A. Many places. See the itinerary below:

Q. How do they play their instruments if they are floating, disembodied heads?
A. They are not floating, disembodied heads. You've been tricked by computer
technology. To prove it, here is a recent picture of the whole band:

Q. But that picture does not show their feet -- do they have feet?
A. They used to, before an unfortunate, catastrophic mass toe-stubbing
in 1998. The photo has been cropped to conceal the effects of that terrible
incident, so that small children who may be viewing this page should not be
unnecessarily horrified.
